For approved benefits, Joe’s hosts the venue with space planned for up to 50 vehicles, restrooms and an available sound system.

WHO ARE
WE RIDING FOR?
Know a Gila Valley family in a tight spot? Nominate them and we’ll review the request with the clubs.
Who can be considered?
Medical needs, family emergencies, funeral and memorial support, schools and youth, veterans and first responders, community projects, recognized nonprofits, and local clubs and organizations.
Business expenses, political campaigns, legal-defense funds, animal-related causes and unverifiable requests are not eligible under this program.
Where does the money go?
The designated event host manages fundraising and delivery of proceeds. This website does not collect, hold or distribute money. Contributions are not automatically tax-deductible.
What happens after I apply?
The program team and participating clubs verify requests. Approval depends on the cause, venue availability and a participating host club. A preferred date is not a reservation.

Have these details ready for your request:
- Your name, email and phone number
- The beneficiary and your relationship to them
- The local need and how funds would be used
- A preferred Saturday at least three weeks away
- Permission from the beneficiary or their representative
Submit your details on the request form. Every request is verified and subject to approval and availability.
